Estonian Christian Men’s Ministry has born of the Holy Spirit and in an unique way to reach the men of this generation.  This ministry consists of men whose hearts are touched by God and who want to teach the biblical truth to all men - manhood and christlikeness are synonymous.

The perspective of the Estonian Christian Men’s Ministry is not to replace the board of the local church but to give an opportunity to the leaders to develop a strong and and effective ministry for men by using resources like videos, books, audio cassettes, ideas for better serving and new opportunities.

Man is a leader and leading skills are important so that the gifts could flow and and the body of Christ would be built up to continually bring it closer to maturity.
Making men the disciples of Jesus is the main work of the congregation and pastor.  Mature men make the congregation strong, and a strong congregation influences the region.  A strong region influences the whole nation.
When men make the decision to lead, guard and reign in righteousness and stability, the strenght will be part of our work, home and the whole nation.

The goal of Estonian Christian Men’s Ministry is to make disciples by following the example of the Bible.
The meeting places and times are set by the board of every local Christian Church.
